Licensing and Rights Enquiries: Shakespeare Network is a non-profit organisation (NPO) and does not operate as a commercial licensing agent, rights-clearance service, rights broker or intermediary for third parties.

We can review licensing enquiries only where they concern Shakespeare Network in-house productions and rights expressly controlled or administered by us. These productions and rights are clearly identified in the opening and/or end credits and/or the relevant video description.

We cannot assist in identifying rightsholders, obtaining licences, negotiating permissions, sublicensing, transferring or otherwise arranging third-party rights. Third-party and multi-rights-holder productions may also be subject to contractual confidentiality and NDA obligations. Requests concerning licences or rights not administered by Shakespeare Network will therefore not be processed or answered.

You must attach all relevant official documentation, including:

• Company registration information.
• Digitally verifiable credentials and/or notarised proof of identity with a digital Hague Apostille.
• Documents must be in English or translated into English by a sworn translator.

Submissions that do not meet these requirements will receive no response.
